Flow of your order

1) Place an order (temporary order) using the form

2) Confirmation of your order

Shop Mojimoji will send you an email confirming your order.
We will inform you the shipping fee to your country.

3) Formal order

Please check the contents of the confirmation email and reply.
We will send you a PayPal invoice.

4) Shipping the product

We will ship the product within three days once we confirm your PayPal payment.
We will email you the tracking number after shipment.
You can track your parcel on the Japan Post website.

Payment method

We accept payment by Paypal. Please contact us if you would like other payment methods such as bank transfer.


Shipping method

We ship overseas or to any address in Japan.
*Depending on the country you live in, there may be restrictions on available shipping methods. Please contact us for details.

If you are planning to stay in Japan, we can deliver to your hotel. In this case, please contact your accommodation in advance to ensure that your package will be delivered.

Your order will be delivered by the method of your choice:
Japan Post EMS(Express Mail Service), airmail or surface mail, whichever method you prefer.

Return and Exchange Policy

In case of incorrect delivery by Shop Mojimoji

We take all possible measures to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that a product is damaged or stained, or if you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, please contact us by e-mail within 14 days of delivery.
We will contact you back after confirmation.
In the case of incorrect delivery due to an error on the part of Shop Mojimoji, we will replace the product with the correct one at the expense of Shop Mojimoji.

Return/exchange for customer's convenience

You may return or exchange your order for any reason, such as "I ordered the wrong size, color, or quantity," or "I do not like the product."
However, once a T-shirt has been worn, it cannot be returned.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us by e-mail with the reason for the return and your payment information, and return the item within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. Upon receipt, we will refund the cost of the product by bank transfer.
The customer is responsible for the bank transfer fee.

Cases in which we cannot accept a return or exchange

  • Items that have been delivered more than 15 days ago.
  • Items that have been worn even once by the customer.
  • Items that have been soiled or damaged due to the customer's responsibility.
  • Items that have been repaired, washed, or altered after delivery.
